Returns/Replacements are only possible for damaged goods. Check carefully that you have chosen the correct size and format!
The buyer must notify Art by JLM within 3 days of receiving a package if there has been damage accrued during transit.
Replacement prints will be made free of charge, but the damaged print and certificate must be returned or photographic evidence of the print and certificate being fully destroyed must be supplied. This is to ensure the limited editions remain correctly numbered.
