Returns/Replacements

Happiness guaranteed! But please check carefully that you have chosen the correct size and format before your purchase to minimize any issues. You may return your item within 14 days if you are unhappy. You will need to pay for return shipping, use the original packaging or pack the item with similar protection, and it must arrive in pristine condition to be eligible for a full refund. You can start a return by contacting Art by JLM at judi@artbyjlm.com for further details on how to return.

If the goods are damaged or I shipped the wrong items, I will pay for return shipping and replacement. You must notify Art by JLM within 14 days of receiving a package damaged during transit or if I shipped the wrong item. I offer a credit or refund for damaged, irreplaceable items with identical items. Otherwise, replacement prints will be made free of charge, but the damaged print and certificate must be returned, or photographic evidence of the print and certificate being fully destroyed must be supplied. This is to ensure the limited editions remain correctly numbered. 

If goods go missing in transit, I will replace them. I offer a credit or refund for missing, irreplaceable items with identical items. You will need to return the original item if it eventually turns up - Art by JLM will provide a return label. Art by JLM is not responsible for shipping delays. If you choose the standard untracked or free shipping, your item may be sent by standard post without tracking. For orders shipped to New Zealand destinations, please allow two weeks for delivery from the shipping date before requesting a replacement or refund. Goods sent overseas or high-value goods will always be sent with tracked shipping. (The exception is personalized postage stamps sent overseas if you want a franked personalized stamped envelope.)

How to return

To start a return, contact me at judi@artbyjlm.com. If your return is accepted, I will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact me for any return questions at judi@artbyjlm.com.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
