Shipping times

Shipping within NZ typically takes 1-3 business days. International shipping times are usually within 10 business days, but this can vary. 

Items are dispatched within 1-3 days if already in stock. Otherwise, I print to order in my home-based printing studio (up to A2 size). If the item needs printing or has additional embellishments like hand-painting, allow 3-5 days to prepare for shipping.

If the item is printed by a third-party printer (metal, canvas, and extra-large paper prints) allow an extra one to three weeks. 

If you have requested custom framing, allow an additional three to six weeks if I don't have the frame in stock.

New Zealand shipping

I use NZ Post tracked courier for NZ deliveries. 

International shipping

International art orders are sent by NZ post semi-tracked or tracked economy unless an upgrade is arranged. I do not ship larger framed pieces overseas due to the risk of breakage. Contact me to see if there is an unframed option. 

You may be liable for import tariffs, taxes, duties and other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are completely out of my control. Each country has its own de minimus rate (minimum value) before fees are imposed. Get in touch if you have any concerns.

Important Notice for U.S. Buyers and for those shipping to the U.S.:

Update 6 Dec 2025: I have now resumed shipping to the USA using a prepaid tariff and duties system, so you will not need to pay additional fees to US customs. For now, I have excluded washi tape from the US market, because it is made in China and the tariffs are fluctuating too greatly.

The situation, including tariff rates, is volatile and subject to change at short notice.

Combining shipping for multiple items

It's incredibly difficult to set automated shipping rates for multiple items. Sometimes, the same packaging can be used, and sometimes not. If you feel the shipping rate provided is not right, please get in touch, and I'll give you a more accurate rate based on your actual order.

Postage stamps

I send postage stamp orders by tracked courier, but please get in touch if you would like them sent by regular post so that you get a personalized canceled stamp in addition to those in your order.
