About Art by Judi Lapsley Miller
Here you will find gorgeous, moody, imaginative, and joyful artworks featuring your most beloved birds and other wildlife. Our birds are already works of art! From kākā to tūī, pīwakawaka to toutouwai, and everyone in between, you'll find art here that will lift your heart and bring joy to your home.
There's art here to suit everyone. From intimate TinyArt that nestles on a shelf, to fine-art prints in a range of sizes, to huge statement-making feature wall pieces on metal.
My art is held in private collections in New Zealand, Australia, the United Kingdom, Europe, South East Asia, and the United States.

Art & Photography
All art collectionsPhotographs are just the first step in my creative process. Using Photoshop, I digitally blend and transform images to create photo-artistic artworks. Some may look photorealistic but others will look painterly, depending on my intent. I also create mixed media and watercolour paintings.

from 74 reviewsA lovely gift, wrapped and packaged with a hand written note. Thank you

We admired The Muse as soon as we saw her. Happy to say she has flown in and perched on our wall. The contrast between her lighter head feathers and darker body is beautiful.

We received our fine art print on metal today (40x40) and are so pleased that we chose that finish. The detail and colours are absolutely stunning!
What a talelented person you are Judi.
Love our Ruru.

Tino Pai Judi,
What an amazing and clever technique to use!!

There were so many gorgeous images to choose from but I believe the handsome tui was the one I wanted most. The colors are rich and the background has a mystical quality suggesting clouds and moonlight. The bird's gaze is intense and makes me feel as if it sees or knows something just beyond the frame of the picture. I am very pleased to add it to our art collection!

I bought this beautiful piece of art painting, it is absolutely beautiful and master piece.. I think Judi is a very talented artist, I like her work and will keep eye on her website.

Have admired him on your website for some time and decided we had to have one. He is absolutely beautiful. Arrived quickly within 2 days.

I bought my tiny art print ‘The Chase’ over a year ago. I love it. Judy is a complete professional. My framed print arrived beautifully packaged and presented with a smaller complimentary version on a card and a handwritten thank you from Judy. When my budget allows i will purchase another. I can’t rate Judy’s work highly enough.

It is a title befitting the subject. I was not expecting to be movingly wowed by the beauty in this tiny art creation but I truly was. Initially intended for the bach it was instantly promoted to the living room upon its arrival where its anthropomorphic qualities - the tenor, the barrister, the dandy, come into play perfectly with the surrounding vanities of the room but redeemed in the knowledge that its artist cares for this and other species her images bear and their habitats. Five stars Judi. Thankyou.

Awesome to talk with Judi about the options of buying this as a tinyart piece. Delighted with results - framing, the print, the care and attention to detail. Judi is happy to discuss and show options of framing for each art piece. The idea that kaka are using ballons to fly is just so good! And thank you - the prints look awesome.

Awesome to talk with Judi about the options of buying this as a tinyart piece. Delighted with results - framing, the print, the care and attention to detail. And the idea that kaka swim under the water - crazy! And thank you.

Hi Judi
Yr rose looks very nice. But the back ground needs to be a wee bit darker.

I absolutely love the colours and the wee embellishment in the flowers in this piece - just delightful and will give me pleasure looking at it for years to come. I’ve paired it with ‘Summer’s End at Zealandia’ and the two prints make a beautiful couple!

It just makes me happy looking at it. Beautifully done, with small touches of embellishment that make it pop. I’m delighted.
