We met this sweetheart last weekend, flitting around the wetlands alongside Lake Wairarapa. Such a perfect autumn afternoon. The quiet countryside basked in late sunlight as "Squeaky," the pīwakawaka/fantail, and his whānau dashed about collecting dinner. He had so much to say for himself!
