Paekākāriki Art Show 2026 – ANZAC Weekend Exhibition
Share
I’m happy to be taking part in the annual Paekākāriki Art Show this ANZAC weekend.
The show runs from 24–27 April at St Peter’s Hall in Paekākāriki, with an opening night on Thursday evening and the exhibition open daily across the long weekend. It’s a relaxed, community-focused show featuring a wide range of local and regional artists, with work available to view and take home.
I’ll have a selection of my work on display, including both photo-art pieces and smaller TinyArt and mixed-media artworks. As usual, the focus is on wildlife and atmosphere — the watchful moments that sit between observation and imagination.
This year’s featured artist is Storm Davenport, showing both painting and sculpture as part of the exhibition.
If you’re heading up the Kāpiti Coast over the long weekend, it’s well worth stopping in. It’s one of those shows where you can take your time, see a broad mix of work, and maybe find something that sticks with you.
