The Guardian on exhibition at the NZAFA

On now at the New Zealand Academy of Fine Art is the “Open - Celebration” exhibition, running from 6 Oct - 12 Nov, 2023.

Two visitors view my ruru painting

If you’re in Wellington, do take a look (the gallery is on the waterfront at 1 Queens Wharf). I was delighted to be accepted to exhibit “The Guardian (ruru)”, who appears to have found a couple of other owl friends to hang out with.

Which bird raised the most in 2024?

    Judi Lapsley Miller

Most of my art featuring endangered wildlife includes a 10% donation to a wildlife organization. The economic downturn continues, but we still raised nearly $3300 for the birds!
