Still Life & Florals

I might primarily be a bird artist, but I can't resist gorgeous floral still-life scenes, often with a dark and moody vibe. I don't do much by way of flower arranging. Either I take a photograph in situ or "pick and plonk" and let the flowers fall as they may. From there, I ask if they have a story to tell, rather than force a narrative. 

These floral artworks span photoartistry, watercolour, mixed-media and more.
