Collection: Kākāpō Art – Endangered Parrot of New Zealand

Cheeky, curious, clever and incredibly unusual, the kākāpō is one of the most endangered birds in the world. These nocturnal, flightless parrots defy description. I'm incredibly blessed to have support from DOC and Dr Andrew Digby from the Kākāpō Recovery Trust, and the use of some of their precious photos to use in my kākāpō art. Here's hoping that one day kākāpō will be so much more common and easy to see. We're all working on it!

Here you will find fine-art prints on paper and metal featuring these endangered birds. As a huge supporter of wildlife conservation, each print includes a personal donation from me on behalf of both of us to Mauri Ora Kākāpō Recovery.

Did you know that kākāpō are also called the owl parrot, night parrot, kakapo, the big green budgie of love, and Strigops habroptilus?
