A wax encaustic finished, mixed media, fine-art print mounted on a deep cradle-board with embossed and waxed edges. Just gorgeous! 30x30x5cm.

From the alphabet series using Latin names - Philesturnus rufusater is also known as tīeke or the North Island saddleback.

Over time, the wax continues to cure to a matte finish. You can gently buff with a soft clean cloth on a yearly basis if you wish to retain the shine. Handle by the edges only.
