Set among flowering kōwhai, tī kōuka/cabbage tree, and wharariki/flax, this iconic New Zealand scene puts you into the trees with the birds, taking in the stunning view of Te Whanganui-a-Tara Wellington Harbour, Mātiu Somes Island, and the Remutaka Range.
This piece was created on commission in memory of a very special father who loved nature and grew natives from seed, including many of the actual plants featured here. The commissioner wishes to share this piece with you to further honour her father’s legacy and has nominated Ōtari-Wilton’s Bush Trust to receive a 10% donation from my proceeds of each print sale.
These gorgeous prints are on heavyweight matte fine art paper or fine art metal (larger sizes only). Each print is hand-signed and editioned. Sizes refer to the printed region; paper prints have an additional white margin.

Larger prints are rolled in conservation grade clearbags and sent in mailing tubes. Smaller prints are sent flat with conservation-grade backing boards and slips. Extra-large metal prints are shipped in a custom-built crate.
Shipping is by NZ Post tracked courier. Orders typically ship within 1-3 days. If a third-party printer is used (usually only for extra-large prints, and metal or canvas prints), allow two weeks in addition to shipping time. If your order is time-sensitive or urgent delivery is needed, please enquire before purchasing.
